RULES
There are 2 teams of 2.
Teammates will stand across from each other.
Each player will stand 2 feet away from the bowl and cannot run or walk.
On a team’s turn, they can score points by bouncing it off the inside of the bowl and catching it before it hits the ground.
If a player bounces it off the bowl and either they or their teammate is able to catch it, their team will be awarded points equal to the number of bounces in the bowl. Ex: A player throws it at the bowl, the ball bounces twice, and their teammate catches it. → 2 Points.
If a player throws it at the bowl and catches it after only one bounce, it is called a single. A team can only do one single per turn.
The team whose turn it is must catch the ball outside the rim of the bowl. If they reach over the bowl to catch it, it is still their turn but they do not recieve any points.
Neither team may reach into bowl while the ball is in play.
If a team fails to catch the ball on their turn, the turn will go to the opponent.
While a team is playing their turn, the opposing team may not move, but can pivot on one foot and use their hands to block, intercept, or in any way prevent their opponent from catching the ball.
A player may not touch their opponent.
The players may collectively decide the target score. ( Standard: 21 )
the first team to reach the target score wins.
